On arrival, enjoy a welcoming afternoon tea. During your stay, walk along the adjoining mountain trails, see kangaroos in their natural environment, and experience the peace and tranquillity of the bush – all while being only a short drive to the convenience and attractions of Canberra, the national capital. Breakfast, which is included in the room rate, comprises a generous hamper for you to prepare your own cooked and continental breakfast at your leisure in the apartment. Dinner is available on request, either a self-cooked barbecue on your veranda and adjoining garden area (all provisions supplied); or Thai cuisine cooked to order. You may also choose to self-cater for your meals. Dalmeny Beach House Dalmeny Simply furnished, renovated 3br beach house about 300m from 7km-long stretch of Dalmeny/Brou Beaches and Eurobodalla National Park. Mummuga and Brou Lakes nearby are excellent for boating and fishing. The house is comfortable and has the basic whitegoods, no TV or phone. Two decks, one looking out on to native bush, barbecue. Three double doors for breeze. Dalmeny shops has a good supermarket, newsagent, and coffee shop 250m from the house. Moderate rental rates ($70 pn +). Prefer family tenants, with suitable references, for two nights or more. Key pickup from a Canberra private address, or by other arrangement, rent usually payable in advance unless o/wise agreed. Reasonable school holidays availability, but much less so in peak Xmas-to-mid-Jan period. Grevillea Lodge Macgregor New energy-efficient purpose-built guest wing comprising 2 ensuite bedrooms with queen beds, 1 with extra single.
